I use a heavy-duty industrial grade black ink to enhance my stamped designs, but any water or chemicals will cause the ink to fade, so avoid exposing your jewelry to things like water and lotions. For adjustable rings and bracelets, it's not recommended to continue bending the metal once you get it to fit to your size, as continuously bending metal will weaken and possibly break it.

Jewelry Fading? Here’s a quick & easy fix!
Use a sharpie to color in the stamping and allow it to dry for at least 5 minutes. Wipe off the excess with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel.
