Processing & Shipping

All my hand stamped and branded cowhide items are made to order, meaning it's specially made just for you! Because of this, my turnaround time for these items is typically 5-7 business days. Items that are not hand stamped or branded are in stock and ready to ship, so the processing time for these items is typically only 2-4 business days. You'll receive a notification email when your order has shipped.

Once your order ships, USPS becomes responsible for it and for delivering it to you. If your tracking info hasn't updated in a while or says it's arriving late, I recommend contacting USPS customer service to have them locate your order. Although it doesn't happen frequently, I am not responsible for delayed or missing packages. If you'd like to purchase shipping insurance with your order, I'll make sure you receive your original order or send you a replacement if needed.
